May 4 (SeeNews) - Slovenian port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] plans to propose to its shareholders the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.71 euro ($0.75) per share for 2021, lower than the dividend payout of 1.14 euro for the previous year.
Luka Koper will distribute as dividend 9.9 million euro out of its distributable profit of 29.6 million euro, the port operator said in a filing to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
A total of 14.6 million euro of the company's profit will be kept in reserves, while the remainder will remain undistributed, Luka Koper said.
The shareholders are due to vote on the proposed dividend distribution on June 6.
