LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 13 (SeeNews) - Slovenian port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] recorded a maritime throughput of 20.8 million tonnes last year, up from 19.5 million tonnes in 2020, it said on Thursday.
Container throughput increased to 997,574 TEUs in 2021 from 945,009 TEUs in the preceding year, Luka Koper said in a bourse filing.
During the review period, the throughput of cars grew to 656,477 units, from 617,157 in 2020.
Net revenue from sales went up by 9% to 224.7 million euro ($257.8 million), according to incomplete and non-audited data published by the port operator.
The company's shares traded at 25.60 euro, up 0.79%, by 0937 CET on Thursday on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
