December 23 (SeeNews) - Slovenian share indices rose in lower turnover on Wednesday, data of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended 0.93% up at 986.63 points, while the broader SBI20 index closed 0.92% higher at 4,085.18 points. On Tuesday, the SBITOP closed 0.10% up and the SBI20 ended 0.57% higher.
Six of the seven LJSE blue chips closed higher on Wednesday, and only Mercator ended 0.29% down at an average daily price of 154.05 euro ($219).
Rubber-to-tourism holding company Sava led blue-chip gainers. Its shares closed 2.31% up at an average daily price of 235.46 euro.
Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor was the most liquid stock in a volume of 39,323 shares on Wednesday. The company stock rose 2.17% to an average price of 11.75 euro.
LJSE's total turnover fell to 3.3 million euro from Tuesday's 4.0 million euro.
