April 5 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) advanced on Wednesday, as Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] led the blue-chip risers, bourse data showed.
Telekom Slovenije's shares increased 1.94% and closed at 52.50 euro on Wednesday, LJSE data showed.
Lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) [LJE:NLBR] was the only loser among the blue chips, as its shares went down 0.58% to 69.0 euro. NLB also generated the highest single trading turnover on the bourse on Wednesday - 623,137 euro ($679,400).
The bourse's daily trading turnover came in at nearly 1.5 million euro on Wednesday, up from 1.1 million euro generated on Tuesday.
The blue-chip SBITOP index added 0.21% and closed at 1,196.62 points on Wednesday. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also went up 0.21% to end at 1,512.87 points.
