BELGRADE (Serbia), October 8 (SeeNews) – Slovakia's Architecture and Design Studio is considering a 40 million euro ($43.9 million) investment in the construction of a brewery in Beocin, in northern Serbia, the Beocin city council has said.
The Slovak company has signed a cooperation agreement with Beocin municipality to receive support for the construction of the factory which is planned to employ 300 people, the city council said in a statement last week.
The project also envisages the bottling of mineral water and juices, production of malt and syrups as well as the construction of a wastewater treatment plant.
Under the terms of the agreement, the city council will establish a team of experts to provide support to the investor.
According to data from the Slovak Business Register, Architecture and Design Studio, owned by Frantisek Kurilla and Klaudia Kurillova, has a capital of 5,000 euro and is providing architectural design services.
