March 20 (SeeNews) - Serbian construction firm W.D. Concord West has issued notes with a total nominal value of 468.746 million dinars ($4.3 million/4.0 million euro), set to mature on January 31, 2025, the country's central securities depository and clearing house said.
The company sold a total of 40 notes, fetching a total selling price of 456.340 million dinars, the clearing house said in a statement last week.
This was W.D. Concord West's second notes issue. The first issue, which expires on March 20, 2024, was sold in September 2023 for 461.898 million dinars.
Belgrade-based W.D. Concord West was established in 2010 by local businessman Zeljko Drcelic. It is active in high-rise construction and civil engineering, and employs some 300 people at present, it says on its website.
W.D. Concord West has participated in many large-scale projects in Serbia, such as the 12 million euro extension of the Konstantin Veliki airport in the third largest city of Nis, and the construction of a 42.8 million euro cardiovascular hospital unit in the capital Belgrade, among others.
