May 17 (SeeNews) - Fintel Energija [BEL:FINT], the Serbian subsidiary of Italy's Fintel Energia Group, said its net loss amounted to 8.99 million dinars ($79,900,76,600 euro) in the first quarter of 2022, as compared to a net profit of 36.9 million dinars recorded in the corresponding period a year prior.
Fintel Energija's financial income dropped 78% on the year to 13.7 million dinars in the January - March period, while financial expenses edged down to 12.9 million dinars from 18 million dinars, the company said in a bourse filing on Monday.
The company recorded an operating loss of 9.8 million dinars, versus a 8.4 million dinars operating loss in the first trimester of 2021.
Fintel Energija's shares last traded on the Belgrade bourse on May 12, when 60 shares changed hands at 600 dinars apiece.
