August 20 (SeeNews) - Serbia's Delta Agrar said on Tuesday it has increased its stake in local agriculture company Napredak [BEL:NASP] by 0.097% to 91.2% following a buyout bid.
Delta Agrar has bought 3,052 Napredak shares out of the targeted 279,580 at 1,950 dinars ($18.4/16.6 euro) apiece between July 30 and August 19 , it said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

Following the bid, Delta Agrar and affiliated parties own 2,871,969 Napredak shares among themselves.
Stara Pazova-based Napredak last traded on the Belgrade bourse on April 11, 2019 when a single share changed hands at 1,400 dinars.
Delta Agrar is part of Serbian diversified conglomerate Delta Holding, contributing more than 40% of the holding's total revenues of 58.27 billion dinars in 2018.
