November 30 (SeeNews) - Serbian fruit and grain company Florida bel, part of local Delta Holding group, sees its turnover rising to 18 million euro ($27 million) next year from 13 million euro projected for the current year, local broadcaster b92 reported on Monday.
Florida bel plans to double its exports to 2.0 million euro in 2010, b92 (www.b92.net) quoted the company CEO, Slobodan Reljic, as saying.

Florida bel has signed a 12-month contract for the packaging of the products of Croatian food, beverage and drug maker Podravka which will then be sold under the Podravka brand name in Croatia and in neighbouring countries, Belgrade-based news provider EMportal reported last week. b92 said in its Monday article that the Podravka products will comprise peanuts, pistachios and pumpkin seeds.
Florida bel’s investment is expected to reach 1.0 million euro in 2010, EMportal (www.emportal.rs) reported on Friday.
Florida bel was founded in Belgrade in 1990. Delta Holding bought the company in 2007 and has since then built a new factory certified for exports to the European Union.
