March 31 (SeeNews) - Serbia's government will invest 636 million dinars ($6 million/5.5 million euro) in four projects aimed at improving the tourism infrastructure in the Lower Danube region, it said
The funds will be used for the construction of a sports and recreation centre with a campsite in Kovin and a bicycle lane along the Danube embankment from Vracevo Gaj to Stara Palanka in the Bela Crkva municipality, the government said in a press release on Thursday.
The government also plans to build a bicycle-pedestrian zone from Ram Fortress to Silver Lake and renovate the sports and recreation complex along the Novi Sad quay.
