- Australia's VK Aromatics, a producer of flavors for the food and beverage industries, plans to build a factory in Serbia, company President Victor Koh said. The company has been present in the Balkan country for the past year and a half with an annual turnover of 400,000 euro. The right timing for the launch of the new factory will be when annual turnover reaches 1.5 million euro, Koh said.

- The government in Belgrade should remain the majority owner of Serbia’s power monopoly EPS once the company is offered for sale, Energy Minister Petar Skundric said.
- FAS, a joint venture company of Serbian car maker Zastava and Italy’s Fiat, will start producing a new Fiat model in 2011, Serbian Economy Minister Mladjan Dinkic said. The Italian partner plans to invest 800 million euro in the new model, Dinkic also said.
