TIRANA (Albania), November 14 (SeeNews) – Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) said on Thursday the after-tax profit of its Albanian unit fell to 23 million euro ($25.3 million) in the first nine month of 2019, from 27 million euro in the like period of last year.
Net interest income rose 5.5% year-on-year to 43 million euro, while net fee and commission income fell 3.0% to 12 million euro, RBI said in an interim financial report.
Operating income rose 10.2% to 59 million euro.
The non-performing exposure (NPE) ratio of RBI in Albania decreased to 5.6%, from 6.5%.
The group's total assets in Albania increased 2.4% year-on-year to 1.8 billion euro in the first nine months.

The number of RBI business outlets in Albania remained unchanged at 78 as at the end of September.
