June 19 (SeeNews) - The Bosnian unit of Raiffeisen Bank said on Monday it will pay a dividend of 45.75 marka ($26.1/23.4 euro) per share for 2016, down from 62.22 marka paid last year.
The bank said in a statement it will distribute as dividend a total of 45.2 million marka from its 2016 earnings.
The dividend proposal was approved by the bank’s shareholders on June 19.
Raiffeisen Bank dd Bosna i Herzegovina is part of Raiffeisen Bank International. It is based in Sarajevo, in Federation, one of the two autonomous entities making up Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also has branches in the other entity, the Serb Republic.
