October 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's food company Vitaminka [MSE:VITA] bought back a hundred own shares representing 0.13% of the company's issued share capital on October 20, it said on Wednesday.
Following the buyback, the company owns 1,392 own shares, representing 1.81% of its capital, Vitaminka said in a bourse filing.
Vitaminka repurchased the 100 shares at a price of 13,998 denars ($268.6/226.5 euro) apiece in three transactions, the Macedonian Stock Exchange announced on Wednesday.
Vitaminka specialises in the production of chocolate confectionery and crisp snacks.
