June 1 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's food retailer Skopski Pazar [MSE:SPAZ] said that its shareholders have approved a management proposal to skip dividend for 2019.
The shareholders have agreed at a meeting held on May 29 to allocate to investments the company's net profit of 24.58 million denars ($443,537/399,031 euro) for last year, Skopski Pazar said in a bourse filing last week.
The company's net profit doubled last year, compared to 11.8 million denars profit in 2018.
The company distributed no dividend for 2018 either.
Skopski Pazar's shares last traded on the stock exchange in Skopje on October 28 at an average price of 18,999 denars.
