SKOPJE (North Macedonia), January 23 (SeeNews) – North Macedonia's real net wage increased by 5.2% year-on-year in November, after growing by an annual 3.8% in October, the national statistical office said.
In nominal terms, the average net wage in North Macedonia added 5.1% on the year to 25,787 denars ($460/415 euro) in November, Makstat said in a statement on Wednesday.
The strongest annual wage growth in nominal terms, of 9.5%, was registered in transportation and storage activities, followed by manufacturing activities with a rise of 8.9%.
On a monthly comparison basis, the average nominal net wage in North Macedonia rose 0.2% in November.
