October 29 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's NLB Banka [MSE:TNB], part of Slovenian banking group Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), said that it will appoint Branko Greganovic as president of the management board.
Greganovic will replace Antonio Argir, who has been promoted to executive assistant in the management board of Slovenia's NLB, NLB Banka said in a statement on Thursday.
Agrir has held the position of NLB Banka's president of the management board since January 1, 2016.
Greganovic is currently the CEO and CFO of NLB Banka Beograd, the Serbian unit of NLB.
The changes will take effect following the required approvals.
