April 12 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's confectionery producer Evropa [MSE:EVRO] said on Monday it is proposing to shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 60 denars ($1.16/0.97 euro) per share for 2020, same as a year earlier.
Under the proposal, Evropa will distribute 13.8 million denars as dividend for last year, the company said in a bourse filing.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a shareholders meeting scheduled for May 11.
The company's non-consolidated net profit rose 10.4% to 80.8 million denars in 2020.
Evropa's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on March 9, changing hands at an average price of 3,301 denars, bourse data showed.
