January 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's building materials producer Cementarnica Usje [MSE:USJE], a unit of Greek-based cement producer Titan, said on Thursday the president of its board of directors (BoD), Konstantinos Derdemezis, has resigned.
Yanni Paniaras was appointed to take over the vacated post until the next shareholders meeting, Cementarnica Usje said in a bourse filing.
The reasons for the resignation of Derdemezis were not disclosed,
Paniaras is serving as delegated director in the BoD of Athens-based Titan, according to data posted on the company's website.
Cementarnica Usje's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on January 13 at an average price of 26,781 denars ($526.8/433.8 euro).
