April 20 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based bituminous materials producer BIM [MSE:BIM] said on Wednesday it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 1,833 denars ($32.2/29.6 euro) per share for 2021, as much as the previous year.
Under the proposal, the company will distribute a total of 17.7 million denars of its last year's net profit as dividend, it said in a bourse filing.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a shareholders meeting scheduled for May 26.
The company increased its net profit 6% in 2021, to 47.4 million denars.
BIM's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on November 8, at an average price of 15,550 denars.
Established in 1957, BIM has a portfolio of over a hundred products.
