January 10 (SeeNews) - The government of Spain will provide a grant of 765,158 euro ($837,805) to North Macedonia's government for the preparation of a technical study for the integration of floating photovoltaic plants in the national irrigation network, North Macedonia's ministry of agriculture, forestry and water economy said.
The grant will be provided as part of EU's Recovery and Resilience Facility, North Macedonia's ministry of agriculture, forestry and water economy said in a press release on Tuesday.
The technical study should identify suitable locations for floating photovoltaic installations and will involve a conceptual design a feasibility study, as well as project proposals for the installation of floating photovoltaic plants.
