April 3 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin state-controlled maritime transport company Luka Bar [MNG:LUBA] has elected a new president of its board of directors along with a new board, it said on Wednesday.
Dusan Masonicic has been elected as president of the board of directors, with Nikola Vojvodic was named deputy president. The new members of the board are Milan Polovic, Sava Asanin and Milutin Lakicevic, Luka Bar said in a press release.
Luka Bar recorded a net profit of 777,597 euro ($837,421) in 2023, down from 4.6 million euro in the previous year.
