SOFIA (Bulgaria), March 8 (SeeNews) – Atanas Kiryakov, a minority shareholder in Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK], has decreased his stake in the company to 4.81%, from 8.86%, Sirma Group said on Wednesday.
The deal for the sale of 2.6 million shares was concluded on March 1, Sirma Group said in a statement filed with the Sofia bourse without naming the buyer or buyers.

Last week, Sirma Group announced its consolidated net profit increased by 65.96% in 2016, reaching 3.7 million levs ($2 million/1.9 million euro).
Sirma Group shares closed 0.09% lower at 1.159 levs on Wednesday as 500 units changed hands on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
