According to data from Croatia's court register of companies, on June 14, the court registered the Maltese company as the sole owner of Leapbit.
Leapbit's previous owners were individuals Bozo Kekez, Dario Filkovic, Mladen Andrasec and Zeljko Jovicic.
The merger will strengthen the group’s sports betting product OddsMatrix with an advanced and proven retail offering, EveryMatrix said in a statement on May 30. Through the new acquisition, EveryMatrix will elevate its online-first OddsMatrix platform to a true omnichannel iGaming solution. It will integrate Leapbit’s comprehensive retail-focused software solution and other products such as virtual horse racing and lottery games, the company said at the time.
Asked weather EveryMatrix is looking to other acquisitions in southeastern Europe, Mathe said that it is focused on integrating Leapbit and their stellar team into the existing business at the moment.
