BELGRADE (Serbia), July 13 (SeeNews) – The main Belgrade stock indices inched up in high turnover on Wednesday, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) ticked up 0.02% to end at 726.40 points after picking up 0.06% on Tuesday.
The broader BELEXline advanced 0.06% to 1,350.89 after sliding 0.29% in the previous trading session.
The joint SRX index of the bourses in Belgrade and Vienna shed 0.56% to end at 260.55. The index lost 1.33% a day earlier.
BELEX total turnover increased to 54.7 million dinars ($746,700/531,800 euro) from 35.7 million dinars a day earlier. Trade in government securities accounted for five million dinars of the session’s turnover.
Losers and winners tied at 9 as 25 stocks closed unchanged on Wednesday.
Blue chip AIK Banka [BEL:AIKB] ended 1.50% higher at 3,043 dinars in the largest turnover of 11.7 million dinars.
Road construction company Valjevo Put closed flat at 1,100 dinars in the second biggest turnover of 11.1 million dinars.
IT company Informatika [BEL:INFM] jumped 3.75% to close at 2,600 dinars in the third largest turnover of nine million dinars.
Blue-chip oil company Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) paced the losers, dropping 1.64% to 721 dinars.
