December 28 (SeeNews) - Macedonia's average net salary was 20,116 denars ($471/327 euro) in October, up by a nominal 18.2% from a year earlier, the Macedonian Statistics Office said.
In September the average net salary in the country was 20,044 denars.
The annual increase reflects higher wages in healthcare and social services, as well as in the sectors of education, culture and general and personal services, the Statistics Office said in a statement.

The office also said that 2.9% of the people employed in Macedonia received no remuneration in October.
