SKOPJE (Macedonia), December 14 (SeeNews) – Macedonia's industrial sales grew by 16.2% year-on-year in October, the state statistical office said on Friday.
Industrial sales abroad rose 19.0%, while domestic sales added 7.0%, Makstat said in statement.
Sales of capital goods increased the most - by 24.7%, followed by sales of the mining and quarrying sector with a 21.7% rise.
Sales of the manufacturing sector increased by 16.0%, while sales of intermediate goods, except energy, increased 13.9%.
On a monthly comparison basis, Macedonia's industrial sales edged up 0.6% in October.
