SKOPJE (Macedonia), February 15 (SeeNews) – Macedonia's industrial sales increased by 12.5% year-on-year in 2018, after posting 9.6% growth in 2017, the state statistical office said on Friday.
The Macedonian enterprises turnover abroad was 15.7% higher in 2018, while domestic turnover rose by 1.4%, the office said in a statistic published monthly on its website.
In December alone, industrial sales added 6.1% year-on-year, after rising by 15.1% on the year in November.
Domestic sales declined 5.2% year-on-year and 2.3% on the month.
Industrial sales abroad in December added 10.9% on the year but fell by 21.6% month-on-month.
