November 27 (SeeNews) - Macedonian building materials producer Cementarnica Usje [MSE:USJE] said that its consolidated net profit fell by an annual 10% to 777.7 million denars ($14.3 million/12.6 million euro) in the January-September period of 2018.
The company's total operating revenue lost 3% to 3.35 billion denars on the back of lower revenue from foreign markets, Cementarnica Usje said in an interim financial statement on Monday.
Foreign market sales revenue dropped 6% to 1.1 billion denars, while domestic market sales revenue remained unchanged at 2.15 billion denars.
Total operating expenses climbed 1% to 2.49 billion denars on the back of higher cost of goods sold.
Cementarnica Usje is a subsidiary of the Greek-based cement producer TITAN, which owns cement plants in nine countries and employs more than 5,500 people worldwide.
