March 25 (SeeNews) - The ownership stake of London-based firm Schroders Plc in Slovenian lender Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] has dropped below 5.0% from 5.048%, the latter said.
Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) made the announcement in a brief statement filed with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LSE) on Tuesday, without specifying the size of Schroders' stake in its capital following the change.

NLB said it was notified by Schroders about the change on March 20, while the transaction which resulted in the decreased holdings took place on March 17.
According to data from NLB's website, as of end-2019, Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) controlled 62.32% of its capital, followed by the Slovenian government with 25% and smaller shareholders with 12.68%.
NLB's shares closed down 1.54% at 38.40 euro ($41.54) on the LSE on Tuesday. They did not trade at opening on Wednesday.
