May 31 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell on Wednesday, with energy group Petrol [LJE:PETG] pacing the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.
Petrol's shares went down 1.24% to 23.80 euro on Wednesday, LJSE data showed.
Chemicals maker Cinkarna Celje [LJSE:CICG] the blue chip gainers, with shares advancing 0.83% to 24.40 euro.
Insurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] was the most traded company on the bourse, generating a turnover of 950,993 euro ($1.0 million). Sava Re lost 0.85% to 23.40 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index closed at 1,215.85 points, down 0.47%, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also dropped 0.47%, ending the trading session at 1,537.19 points.
Total daily regulated market turnover totalled 1.7 million euro on Wednesday, up from 736,023 euro on Tuesday.
