December 1 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) ended in red territory on Wednesday, as total daily turnover rose, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index lost 0.13% to close at 1,221.26 points on Wednesday, LJSE data showed. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also fell 0.13% and closed at 1,423.46 points.
Insurer Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] lost most in share value among the members of the indices, as its shares fell 1.65% to close at 35.80 euro on Wednesday.
At the other end, port operator Luka Koper [LJE:LKPG] paced the blue-chip winners, advancing 2.40% to 25.60 euro.
Total daily regulated market turnover came in at 2.96 million euro ($3.4 million) on Wednesday, up compared with 2.5 million euro generated the previous trading day.
Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] topped the turnover list on Wednesday. Krka's shares changed hands in a turnover of 2.64 million euro, closing 0.43% higher at 116.50 euro.
