May 25 (SeeNews) - The two share indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) marginally advanced on Wednesday despite that the turnover was halved, bourse data showed.
The bourse's daily trading turnover plunged to 638,000 euro ($682,000) from 1.4 million euro on Tuesday.
The blue-chip SBITOP index added 0.06% to finish the session at 1,140.09 points, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, closed at 1,341.47 points, up 0.07%, after losses in the previous two trading sessions, LJSE data showed.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most traded stock, with a turnover of 225,800 euro. Its shares dropped 1.34% to end at 88.20 euro.
Shares of insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] fell 0.50% to 40 euro in a turnover of 166,000 euro.
Shares of reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava [LJE:POSR] appreciated 2.68% to 26.80 euro in a turnover of 87,000 euro.
In lower turnovers, shares of Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJE:NLBR] rose 0.31%, and shares of energy company Petrol [LJE:PETG] went up 1.60%.
