LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), March 20 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka [LJSE:NLBR] posted the biggest gains among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Friday, bourse data showed.
NLB closed at 40.4 euro, up 6.32%.
All blue chips closed the session in positive territory.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, added 1.77% to 714.54 points.
Pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the day’s largest turnover – of 1.87 million euro.
On Thursday the company said it had a consolidated net profit of 244.3 million euro in 2019, up 40% on the year, according to unaudited data.
Total regulated market turnover amounted to 4.11 million euro ($4.4 million) on Friday.
