January 2 (SeeNews) - Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] said that investment fund KJK Fund II SICAV-SIF acquired 3.5 million shares in the company, equal to a 1.77% stake, for 4.55 million levs ($2.66 million/2.33 million euro) on December 28.
Also on December 28, local Starcom Holding sold 3.5 million shares in Eurohold at the same price, Eurohold Bulgaria said in a bourse filing on Monday.

Earlier in December, Starcom Holding sold 3,158,928 shares in Eurohold Bulgaria.
KJK Fund II SICAV-SIF first acquired a stake in Eurohold in 2014, when it paid 15.7 million levs for 12% interest in the Bulgarian group.
KJK Fund II SICAV-SIF, launched in 2012, is a specialised investment vehicle designated for investments in the Balkan region focusing on both listed and private equity assets. The fund is managed by Luxembourg-registered KJK Management.
Eurohold Bulgaria's portfolio includes companies active in financial services, leasing, insurance and car sales.
