December 11 (SeeNews) - Hotel operator Jadran [ZSE:JDRN] topped the blue-chip gainers' list on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
Jadran's shares closed 5.45% higher at 11.60 kuna.
Croatia's Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR-R-A] generated the highest trading turnover of 3.2 million kuna. The company closed down 0.88% at 1,130 kuna.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its share price decreased by 5.3% to 393.0 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover fell to 17.8 million kuna ($2.7 million/2.4 million euro) on Tuesday from 27.1 million kuna on Monday.
The bourse was boosted on Tuesday by a block trade in shares of Atlantic Grupa, totalling 2.3 million kuna.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE rose 0.21% to 1,708.83 points, after going down 0.57% on Monday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, went up 0.37% to 1,003.17 points, after decreasing 0.49% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed down 0.27% at 111.1281 points.
