December 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Jadran [ZSE:JDRN] topped the blue-chip gainers' list on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Thursday as the bourse's main indices closed higher, bourse data showed.
Jadran's shares closed 5% higher at 16.80 kuna.
On the opposite end of the table, power transmission equipment manufacturer Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its share price decreased by 2.68% to 8.0 kuna.
Food, beverage and drug producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] generated the highest trading turnover of 4.1 million kuna. The company closed down 1.07% at 371.0 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover increased to 15.9 million kuna ($2.4 million/2.2 million euro) on Thursday from 6.5 million kuna on December 21. It was closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for Christmas.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index rose 0,57% to 1,737.37 points, after going down 0.14% on December 21.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased 0,23% to 1,007.92 points, after decreasing 0.49% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index closed up 0,04% at 110,9952 points.
