October 25 (SeeNews) - Slovenian logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] was the top blue-chip gainer in Wednesday’s trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data indicated.
Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] closed 3.33% higher at 2.170 euro ($2.55) in a trading turnover of 1,630 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, edged up 0.01% to 804.82 points. On Tuesday, the index closed 0.01% higher.
Trading turnover on the LJSE grew to 406,800 euro on Wednesday from 321,510 euro on Tuesday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the day’s largest trading turnover, of 103,300 euro.
Insurance company KD Group [LJE:KDHR] was the top blue-chip decliner on Wednesday, closing 4.0% lower at 7.68 euro.
The share price of retailer Mercator [LJE:MELR], a unit of troubled Croatian food-to-retail concern Agrokor, dropped sharply, by 28.57%, to 20.0 euro as 42 shares changed hands on Wednesday.
