March 15 (SeeNews) - Belgrade Stock Exchange Index Committee said on Wednesday it has decided to include aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] in the blue-chip BELEX15 index.
A total of 942,287 Impol Seval shares will be included in the index, as from the end of the March 31 market trading session, when divisor adjustment will also take place, the committee said in a bourse filing.
The free float factor (FFc), or the percentage of shares in free float and publicly available to potential investors of Impol Seval, stands at 15.0%, the committee said.
At the same time, the FFc for household appliances maker Alfa Plam [BEL:ALFA] was determined at 27.65%, the Index Committee added.
The index basket of BELEX15 consists of common shares traded on the regulated market, which had at least 80% of trading days with transactions during each individual quarter for the previous six months. The 15 shares with the highest non-weighted free float market capitalisation that fulfil the criteria are included in the index.
Belgrade Stock Exchange Index Committee revises the index basket and adjusts BELEX15 for FFc changes semiannually, on March 15 and September 15.
