July 26 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rebounded on Tuesday on gains in index heavyweights Hrvatski Telekom and Podravka despite a lower turnover, a bourse data showed.
The 22-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, rose 0.37% to end at 1,969.55 points.
The narrower CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, advanced 0.45% to finish at 1,171.30 points.
ICT solutions provider Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT] was the most traded company with a turnover of 435,000 kuna ($59,000/58,000 euro). Its shares ended flat at 1,540 kuna.
Hotel owner and operator Valamar [ZSE:RIVP] was the second most traded share on Tuesday with a turnover of 382,000 kuna. Its shares declined 0.31% to end at 31,90 kuna.
In lower turnovers, Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE: HT] gained 1.43% to finish at 177,50 kuna, while food and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] rose 0.69% to end at 580 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover more than halved to 2.5 million kuna from 5.1 million kuna on Monday.
