July 6 (SeeNews) - People with managerial responsibilities in Slovenia's white goods manufacturer Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] and those closely related to them have sold their minority stakes in the company to Hisense Luxembourg Holding, Gorenje said on Friday.
On July 3, Franc Bobinac, president and CEO of Gorenje, divested of 4,096 Gorenje shares on his behalf and outside the trading venue, based on the acceptance of the takeover bid by Hisense Luxembourg Holding, the company said in a filing to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

Also on July 3, three members of the management board and three supervisory board members, on their own behalf, accepted Hisense's takeover bid and divested of a total of 55,473 shares.
On the same day, three executive vice presidents transferred a total 2,489 shares to Hisense, while two other executive directors disposed of 3,932 shares.
All of the shares were sold for 12 euro ($14.1) apiece outside the trading venue and based on the acceptance of the takeover bid by the company Hisense.
Additionally, the company Universal Investments Capital and individual Milena Pirnat Bahun, both closely associated with Gorenje's managerial staff, sold 1.9 million and 1,846 shares, respectively, to Hisense on July 3 at a price of 12 euro per share.
Earlier this week, Slovenia's securities market agency, ATVP, declared successful the takeover bid of Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance Holding for shares in Gorenje between 29 and June 26. At the time Hisense held a 95.42% stake in Gorenje.
Earlier in May, Gorenje selected Hisense as the best bidder in a tender for a strategic partner.
