March 5 (SeeNews) - EVN Bulgaria, part of Austrian energy group EVN, said on Thursday that it has installed three 22 kW charging stations for electric vehicles in the city of Plovdiv, which can be used free of charge until the end of January 2021.
The installation of the charging stations is aimed at testing the consumer sentiment regarding this service, Robert Dick, regional manager of EVN Bulgaria, said in a statement.
The charging stations can only be activated through EVN's mobile app, according to the statement.
EVN itself has two electric vehicles in its car park, it noted.
