SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 16 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s Synthetica [BUL:0SYA] said on Wednesday insurer Euroins Romania has decreased its stake in the company to 13.81%.
Following the transaction, Euroins Romania owns 414,184 shares in the company, Synthetica said in a bourse filing.

As at end-June Euroins Romania held a stake of 17.05% in Synthetica, according to the Bulgarian company’s financial statement.
On August 10, some 90,000 Synthetica shares, equivalent to a 3.0% stake in the company, were traded in a block deal worth 3.56 million levs ($2.1 million/1.8 million euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Euroins Romania is part of Bulgarian financial group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
