March 24 (SeeNews) - Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] led blue-chip gainers on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday, bourse data showed.
Eurohold Bulgaria closed 4.97% higher at 0.95 levs. It was also most traded blue chip as 232,176 of its shares changed hands on Friday.
BSE's total stock trading turnover rose to 612,800 levs ($338,400/313,200 euro) on Friday, from 597,300 levs on Thursday.
The blue-chip index SOFIX edged up 0.04% to 639.63 points, after decreasing 0.06% on Thursday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, rose 0.18% to 125.72 points, after falling 0.22% on Thursday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, edged down 0.01% to 108.11 points, after falling 0.06% on Thursday.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, rose 0.24% to 506.02 points, after adding 0.11% on Thursday.
Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:4CF] led the blue-chip decliners on Friday, closing 1.18% lower at 1.513 levs in a trading volume of 6,927 shares.
