November 27 (SeeNews) - The European Commission said on Wednesday that it has sent a letter of formal notice, asking Bulgaria to provide further information about the actions it has taken to transpose the EU rules on public procurement and concessions into its national legislation.
The Commission's action follows a letter of formal notice sent to Bulgaria in January, the EU institution said in a monthly infringements package.
Bulgaria now has two months to comply or the Commission might decide to sent a reasoned opinion.
