August 25 (SeeNews) - British packaging provider DS Smith has entered into an agreement to acquire Serbian packaging company Bosis, the law firm representing DS Smith in the planned transaction said.
The price of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition is complementary to the business’ existing regional packaging activity in Eastern Europe and will support its growth drive in the region, law firm Karanovic and Partners said in a press release on Thursday.
DS Smith operates in more than 30 different countries and employs over 30,000 people, according to the company's website.
Bosis was formed in 1982 and is wholly owned by private individual Bogoljub Pantelic.
