October 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] was the top blue-chip decliner on Thursday on the Bulgarian Stock exchange, bourse data showed.
Doverie United Holding fell by 3.91% to 2.210 levs on Thursday as 925 shares changed hands.
Turnover on the Sofia bourse declined to 258,631 levs ($156,120/131,755 euro) on Thursday from 4.7 million levs on Wednesday, when resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB] generated 85% of the turnover.
Fertilizer producer Neochim [BUL:3NB] rose the most among blue chips, closing 0.87% higher at 58.0 levs.
Industrial group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] was the most traded blue chip on Thursday as 18,887 shares changed hands at an average price of 1.697 levs.
The blue-chip SOFIX index fell 0.35% to 668.18 points on Thursday after a 0.08% decrease on Wednesday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, shed 0.20% to 130.72 points, after dropping by 0.28% on Wednesday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, lost 0.41% to 114.30 points on Thursday. On Wednesday, the index closed 0.18% lower.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.13% to 546.26 points, following a 0.09% increase on Wednesday.
