September 20 (SeeNews) - Switzerland-based DDM Holding said on Friday it has finalised the previously announced acquisition of UniCredit Group's distressed asset portfolio in Croatia.
The portfolio, whose gross collection value is some 200 million euro ($221 million), contains secured and unsecured consumer and corporate receivables, DDM said in a statement.

After receiving an approval from the Croatian central bank, HNB, it closed the acquisition first agreed in June 2019.
"The acquisition was financed by cash on hand and drawing rights under the bank facility," DDM said.
