ZAGREB (Croatia), October 5 (SeeNews) - The assembly of Croatia's multi-utility Zagrebacki Holding, fully owned by the city of Zagreb, said it has appointed management board member Ivan Novakovic to head the board.

Novakovic is replacing Nikola Vukovic who has been dismissed, Zagrebacki Holding said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Monday.

Board member Ante Samodol was also dismissed, according to the filing.

Zagreb mayor Tomislav Tomasevic said during a news conference on Monday that the change was due to difficult communication with the management of Zagrebacki Holding.
