April 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA] said on Friday it is merging into itself its wholly owned housing savings unit Prva stambena stedionica.
ZABA and its unit signed a merger contract on April 17, which was submitted to the Commercial Court the following day, the bank said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

ZABA provided no further details on the merger.
